Please come to enjoy delicious vegetarian favourites, exclusively created by the Verandah’s own Chef Pierre Rimoneau; such as, “Assorted grilled vegetable salad” (Lemon juice and olive oil dressing), “Mushroom cream soup”, “Crispy tomato and capsicum tart” (with arugula and frisée salad, balsamic vinegar dressing), “Home-made vegetable ravioli in light cream” (Sundried tomato and basil sauce), “Tomatoes stuffed with smoked eggplants and ricotta” (Tomato sauce and garlic cream, small salad bouquet), “Flaky potato pie” (served with butter head salad and red wine vinaigrette), “Phad Thai jay” (Wok-fried rice noodles with vegetables and Chinese chives banana blossom and bean sprouts) and Protein Kaset phad Ga-Prow” (Stir-fried vegetables protein, tofu and assorted capsicums, holy basil and mild chillies served with Hom Mali rice)
