Every dinner is different at our award-winning restaurant, Taste. In addition to the usual bountiful feast of gourmet cuisine at the fabulous evening buffet, diners can now enjoy delicious changing daily highlights.

Sunday: Hand carved Serrano ham and fig pizza

Monday: Authentic Swiss cheese raclette and air dried beef

Tuesday: Ravioli and aromatic truffles

Wednesday: Oven-baked potatoes with shrimps and caviar

Thursday: Traditional Valencia-style seafood paella

Every Friday and Saturday, the special Weekend Dinner Buffet also offers a new selection of delectable treats such as gourmet barbecued snow fish, premium Australian beef fillet and lamb cutlets, seafood display featuring Alaskan king crab legs, Hongkong style suckling pig, tiger prawns and Fine de Claire oysters from France. Pan-seared foie gras and grilled lobster with our signature sauces served at your table. Desserts include a three-tiered chocolate fountain, Movenpick ice cream in freshly baked waffle cones.

Nightly favourites also include a mouth-watering selection of appetizers and Mediterranean cuisine such as fresh pasta dishes, wood-fired pizza, and crisp salads, Asian-style roast duck, mandarin pancakes, and oven-baked Atlantic salmon, and much more.
