The tradition of La Scala consists in bringing you fine Italian dishes with distinctive and unexpected ingredients that give a new edge to your regular dining. Our Italian Master Chef Maurizio Menconi will augment his splendid creations with the unique flavours of game meat during 17-30 October 2011.

Game meat is fascinating in its own right, known to be nutrient rich and healthier than the regular meats used on a daily basis, an excellent means to satisfy diners and further the journey to explore the limitless boundaries of the culinary world.

The game dishes by Chef Maurizio will include Cocoa-Coffee Powder enriched Pappardelle Pasta with Wild Boar; Scottish Hare “Royale” with Foie Gras – Sauce Royale and Maccheroni Gratin; Quail stuffed with Wild Rice, Water Chestnuts, Fuji Apple and Apple Cider Vinegar Emulsion; Venison Loin with Crispy Porcini Mushrooms Ravioli in Fine Velouté and Chanterelles; Rosted Partridge, Caramelized Salsify Puree, Wilted Chards, Pancetta and Wild Mushrooms with Partridge Croutons and White Lemon Jam.
La Scala opens daily: Lunch from 12:00 to 15:00 hrs and Dinner from 18:30 to 23:00 hrs.
