Chef Michel has created a six-course menu paired with the prestigious Chateau Montrose wines.  Champagne pre-dinner cocktails with Louis Roederer Brut, dinner with six vintages of Chateau Montrose and a touch of sweet for dessert featuring Chateau Rieussec from Sauternes.  Wine Gallery will host this exclusive dinner and Mr. Nicolas Gluminneau and Mr. Eric Hosteins from Chateau Montrose will present the wines.
