Christmas Eve Dinner @ Cy’an
Get into the mood for Christmas Day with this creative nine-course extravaganza at Cy’an restaurant. The highlights include southern lobster served natural with avocado, spicy herbs and peppery flowers; ocean trout smoked over pine, fennel, fresh horseradish and apple with red wine jus; and almond crusted squab, roast squash, candied ginger and orange with juniper spiced dates. Chef Daniel Moran is also serving his Uncle Neville’s Christmas cake with ripe Le Roitelet Brie; plus peach and elderflower slice with ginger and peach sorbet; and finishing with tiny treats from tinsel town.

Christmas Day Dinner @ Cy’an
Christmas Dinner has never been this good. Eight luxury courses featuring exotic combinations such as sugar and spiced cured salmon with its pearls; red claw crayfish, red currants and pink lady apples with spicy leaves and pistachio dressing; followed by seared foie gras, glazed pineapple and sea scallops and pain d’epice. For the star attraction we have Daniel Moran’s own style Christmas turkey breast, slow cooked, with spiced leg sausage, chestnut stuffing and crispy skin, served with all the trimmings. There’s a contemporary take on traditional dessert with frozen Christmas pudding and warm custard, and to finish, a bitter sweet symphony of valrhona chocolate and gold leaf.

New Year’s Eve Party @ Cy’an & Met Bar
Usher the new year at the hottest party in town, where we combine the culinary fizz of Cy’an restaurant with the cutting edge sounds of Met Bar. At Cy’an, our resident DJs will spin a selection of soft house tunes while you take a wake up shot of cocktails and choose from food stations where chefs will prepare dishes a la minute to ensure optimum freshness. There’s a Crustacean and Caviar Bar, Garden Fresh Salads, Rotisserie Meats and the Fisherman’s Catch, showcasing bounty from sea. The indoor and alfresco seating will come in handy as you finish with exotic fruit and flower concoctions, towers of tarts and trifles, and the hugely decadent Death by Chocolate.
Baht 5,000++ per person, inclusive of three drinks, also gets you into the Countdown Party at Bangkok’s legendary Met Bar.
The Met Countdown Party welcomes the New Year with a soulful mix of funky house and 80s favorites from our resident and guest DJs, while you indulge in flutes of champagne and the Met Bar’s famous exotic cocktails. Met Bar and the outdoor lounge are open from 9pm till 4am.

New Year’s Day Chill Out Brunch @ Cy’an
Recover after the night before with a table overlooking the pool at Cy’an. The sumptuous buffet-style feast features the highest quality antipasti, salads, savories, made-to-order specialties and a seductive spread of desserts. The Met’s resident DJ’s will ease the mood with the first chilled grooves of 2008.
