Primavera inaugurates its newly renovated alfresco dining area with a special Valentines Day menu for two, complete with Violinist. The six-course selection features Grilled King Prawn with Spring Salad, Smooth Mushroom and Goose Liver Cappuccino, Lasagna with Lobster and Spinach, choice of aromatic Roasted Australian Lamb or healthy Snow Fish and a Sweet and Sour Strawberry Mousse with a Cherries and Berry Compote. Bht. 2,500++ for two includes a strawberry cocktail and roses for the lady. A warm- toned classical Mediterranean indoor dining area is also available.

5. CREATIVE SUSHI COOKING COURSE

Learn how to prepare an assortment of traditional and innovative sushi. Styles include large rolls (Maki), thick rolls (Futomaki), coned sushi (Temaki), open-faced sushi (Chirashi) and inside-out California Roll. Kamons expert chefs offer a fun and informative session on techniques, ingredients and decorations. Course takes place from 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon at Kamon. The fee is Bht. 1,400 net per person includes: coffee break, herb juice, a sake cocktail, green tea cake and certificate.
