Chinese Master Chef Wong Kam-Yau of Liu Chinese restaurant at The Conrad Hotel introduces the most highlighted Treasure raw fish salmon salad Yee Sang and Traditional baked chicken with five spices salt for the family to celebrate together on the Chinese New Year to welcome the Year of the Rat.
Other recommended dishes are Double boiled superior sharks fin with bamboo pith and conpoy, Braised abalone with dried oysters and sea moss, Black sesame dumplings and gingko nuts in ginger syrup as well as Chinese New Year Cakes & Desserts and much more.
Chinese set lunch at Baht 680++, 880++ per person and Gong Xi Fa Chai set dinner for 10 persons is available at Baht 19,888++ including a bottle of Chinese spirit. Special a la carte and regular menus are also available.
Every table will receive Ang Pao (red envelopes), Mandarin oranges and chocolate coins.

87 Plus at The Conrad Hotel welcomes the NEW mixed blood band, Groovemiesters comprising of 6 high energy members, who bring in more music trend to 87 Plus and show their souls and power in singing and dancing.
Groovemeisters is made up of a great collection of musicians that have a huge wealth of experience between them both individually and collectively. The band consists of musicians from Canada, New Zealand and the USA. They have a diverse range of songs and also have fun personalities enabling them to cater to just about everyone taste.
