Tea House Kitchen, Sheraton Grande Laguna Phuket

Executive Chef, Alessandro Frau at Sheraton Grande Laguna Phuket has created an inspired menu at the sensational Tea House Kitchen. Presenting Asian Freestyle verses Classical Chinese guests can decide which cuisine will reign victorious once they have indulged in the specially designed menu. Half of the menu focuses on the traditional Chinese dish, Peking Duck that has been prepared since the Yuan Dynasty and loved the world over. The other half is completed by blending exciting combinations and distinctive flavours from Asia producing "Asian freestyle" cuisine and delivers them with powerful results.

Peking Duck served 2 ways
1st Course Traditional Peking Duck prepared at your table and served in mandarin style pancake with cucumber and shallots with hoi sin sauce

2nd Course

Pan fried minced duck with herbs served in a golden cup

Asian Freestyle served 2 ways
3rd course
Stir fried Alaska scallops, sautéed leek, crispy pork Hong Kong style and black bean sauce

4th course
Roasted de boned chicken leg, yellow lentils mash in Indian curry and Szechuan sauce.

Fresh fruit platter with melon and lemon sorbet
