Presenting Asian Freestyle verses Classical Chinese guests can decide which cuisine will reign victorious once they have indulged in the specially designed menu. Half of the menu focuses on the traditional Chinese dish, Peking Duck that has been prepared since the Yuan Dynasty and loved the world over. The other half is completed by blending exciting combinations and distinctive flavours from Asia producing "Asian freestyle" cuisine and delivers them with powerful results.

Roasted de boned chicken leg, yellow lentils mash in Indian curry and Szechuan sauce.
