Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok’s steakhouse, Madison, together with Leeuwin Estate, a family-owned winery located in Australia’s picturesque Margaret River district, are organizing a wine and seafood promotion with a one-night wine dinner event.
The nine days long wine and seafood promotion will begin with the Wine Dinner Event featuring vintages from Leeuwin Estate on Friday, May 9 from 7:30 pm onwards. Priced at Baht 4,200++ per person, the dinner will consist of a five-course seafood menu and feature four superb white wines such as ‘Siblings’ Sauvignon Blanc-Semillon 2006, ‘Art Series’ Riesling 2005, ‘Art Series’ Sauvignon Blanc 2007 and ‘Art Series Chardonnay 2004.
This will be followed by the Australian Seafood Showcase from Saturday, May 10 to Saturday, May 17 featuring sumptuous Australian seafood dishes. Taste the selection of fresh fish and other seafood, caught in the pristine waters of the Pacific and prepared with an exquisite, modern flair by Executive Chef Nicolas Schneller and Madison’s own chef, Chef Anchalee Ponrungsit. A la carte items start from Baht 700++ and are available at lunch and dinner.
