Italian Cooking Class with Italian Master Chef Riccardo Pacifici
Menu: - Warm tiger prawns and marinated mushroom salad with baby spinach and Tuscany pecorino cheese matured in walnut leaves
- Pearl barley with wild mushrooms, quail and fresh basil
- Fish soup with cherry tomatoes and Italian basil, served with root vegetables
- Deep fried choux with vanilla custard
