New York Steakhouse represents the best of the great American Steakhouses is now offering a special menu throughout April and May with its Veal & Wagyu. Executive Chef Dieter is here to present an enchanted the Bobby Veal and Tajima Wagyu as a commitment to claim its renown and prestige.
Menu starts off with air dried Wagyu, cucumber, tomato salad with fresh whipped herb cheese, followed by crispy fried Sweetbreads with shallot mushroom marmalade and rocket salad. A soup to clear your throat with Cajun spiced scallops and corn chowder with Air dried Wagyu twist. Main courses to be selected are char-grilled 8oz Tajima Wagyu beef oyster blade, or pancetta wrapped roasted Bobby Veal tenderloin with morel mushroom sauce and asparagus, or slow braised Bobby Veal breast pressed and served with rich port wine sauce, root vegetables and mashed potatoes. End courses with crispy sesame seed basket, fresh seasonal berries and ice-cream.
