Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa and Jubilee Diamond present “Mai on Stage” at @Black Night Club on Saturday, May 9th, 2009.
Mai, Thai pop queen who has been the top runner in Thai pop scene since her debut in 1989, will live her exclusive concert in Hua Hin soon. “Mai on Stage” is her first ever concert in Hua Hin where she will perform tracks from her last albums including the greatest hits music.
Let’s groove at “Mai on Stage” on Saturday, May 9th, 2009. The door opens from 9.00pm and Mai will be appearing at 10.00pm to 11.00pm. Later on the DJ will be spinning until closing time. Prices are:
- Baht 2,500 nett per person including 2 drinks and concert ticket
- Baht 7,200 nett per person includes 2 drinks, concert ticket and 1-night accommodation with breakfast
- Baht 9,700 nett per 2 persons includes 4 drinks, 2 concert tickets and 1-night accommodation with breakfast for 2 persons

and MunMaak Co., Ltd. present “Coast to Coast Rally”
on 8th – 9th May, 2009
The MunMaak is a 400 km drive, with 50 cars participating during 1 day with additional events and parties throughout the day. Drivers are treated to a 5-star experience that could be described as being the ultimate road-trip. It’s not a race, and attracts all kinds of people and vehicles to participate; from vintage to modern supercars, and from rock stars to the simple car enthusiast.
The 2009 rally is a 2 days, 400km drive across Thailand, from Hua Hin to Pattaya incorporating a stop in Bangkok. The 2009 Rally is named Coast to Coast Rally.
The MunMaak rally is taking place on May 9th -- 10th, 2009 which will start at Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa from 8th May with participants checking into the hotel. Dinner party will be held by the beach on 8th May. The official rally will start at 9.30am on 9th May, where participants will depart from Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa to midday checkpoint and lunch at Intercontinental Bangkok. After lunch, will continue the drive to Hard Rock Hotel, Pattaya for dinner and party.
MunMaak has decided to limit to just 50 cars with the registration fee at 15,000 THB per car (Max 2 persons). During the period of the event, all accommodation, meals and events within the rally are included in the entry fee, it is a once in a lifetime experience, everything that you will experience is the best of the best.
The event is open to any kinds of car to participate; however it is our intention to make the 50 cars taking part showcase ‘the’ most spectacular of vehicles ever built. Therefore, we’re looking for cars from types, including vintage, American, European, sports, customized, luxury and eccentric ones. i.e. From Ferrari’s and Lamborghini’s to Rolls Royce’s, Porsche and Lotus and Aston Martins and Bentleys. We now have confirmed more than 35 cars namely from Porsche, Ferrari, Lotus, to KTM in various models and years.
MunMaak attracts various celebrities to participate. Some are friends of MunMaak founders and are entering for fun; others are taking part as a PR effort. Notable celebrities are music-, movie stars and supermodels, etc.
There is no prize for coming first. However, all entrants are hoping to be awarded the ‘Spirit of the MunMaak’ Trophy. Other awards are randomly recognized for Most Stylish Team, Best Car, etc….and each sponsor awards their own trophy for whatever seems fitting. All participants also receive a trophy for participating.
MunMaak is unique, it isn’t only a car rally but also represents a lifestyle that incorporates
automobiles, film, music, fashion, art and sport. Most of our participants would not usually be
attracted to participate in a car rally, and many of them are not necessarily really into their cars.
