Chef Shiu is ready to prepare fabulous menus such as “Barbecued Suckling Pig”, “Roasted Whole Peking Duck” and “Roasted Crispy Eel with Chinese Herbs”.
A day to remember at Yuan will be rounded off with a tableside visit from Yuan’s in-house Tea Master. A simple cup of your favorite blend will never be the same after you have seen it poured from a meter-long spout.
