NEW WORLD TAPAS & AUSTRALIAN WINES @ GRAND MILLENNIUM SUKHUMVIT
For the month of June, the award-winning Tapas Y Vino will feature New World Tapas & Australian Wines on Friday, June 12. Our scrumptious set menu priced at Baht 1,400++ per person includes 10 dishes of tapas matching with 5 wines from Australia. The excellent pair is such as Persian Feta cheese, watermelon and basil with native virgin olive oil and crispy shallots and matched with Willow Bridge Estate Sauvignon Blanc / Semillon, 2006. Or Wagyu beef tataki, balsamic teriyaki sauce, vegetable tempura matched with Yering Station Estate Range Cabernet Sauvignon, 2003.

Throughout the month of June, the award-winning Tapas Y Vino will serve up 10 Tapas Set Menu at Baht 1,688++ per person. The menu includes (1) Seared raw Akami tuna, soba noodle and miso dressing, (2) Boston lobster and scallop with honey and saffron sabayon, (3) Seared Rougie foie gras, cherry compote and duct confit spring roll ,etc. plus dessert such as Hot chocolate and almond souffle that should not be missed! There are also more than 350 labels of new world/old world wine available by glass and bottle to match with your tasty tapas.
