Balancing the rush and roar of Premiership excitement with the demand for finery that come from the elite guests at Arsenal Football Club’s world-class Emirates Stadium is a fine art – and one that falls to Mr. Kieran Moore, the stadium’s Executive Chef and the 2009 winner of Salon Culinaire.
A personal recommendation to the Millennium Hilton Bangkok for Chef Kieran’s prowess comes from none other than Chef Raymond Blanc, OBE, one of the UK’s most beloved and well-respected celebrity chefs. With a chain of restaurants bearing his name, a string of books and his own series on the BBC, Chef Raymond is a man with his finger on the pulse of the fine dining scene. Raymond is the consultant to the club at Emirate and work with chef Kieran. We are honored to extend our welcome to a chef that Raymond Blanc describes as having “a brilliant talent that is hard to find in an Executive Chef these days.”
From 24th - 28th June the Millennium Hilton Bangkok will bring a taste of Premiership excitement to heart of Bangkok at the award-winning restaurant Prime, for a culinary experience that is as Premier as watching the great Arsenal in action. Chef Kieran will be serving a four-course set menu designed specially for Prime, along with wine recommendations for each course, at THB 2,800++ per person (Food only).
