The “ Wagyu” cattle had its origin in Japan where different breeding and feeding techniques were used as the cows were fed beer and  sometimes sake and grain  to stimulate their appetite while massage  given to relieve muscle stiffness. Somehow this produced distinct characteristics of meat that became a standard in the world in terms of flavor and tenderness.
 
When the Wagyu cattle was introduced to Australia in  1991.  The Wagyu is farmed in Australia for domestic and overseas market.  Hua Hin Marriott ‘s chef Kai Olivier Kauder Guarantees that the  imported beef  is of the quality comparable to  its original from Japan.
