Special dishes include seafood on ice such as freshly shucked American oysters, poached Boston lobster, stewed black mussels, all served with condiments and dressings. An outstanding selection of appetizers and salads include North West smoked salmon, succulent roast beef and arugula salad with goat’s cheese, classic steakhouse wedge salad with beefsteak tomatoes and Roquefort dressing, Tennessee Caesar salad with Cajun chicken breast, and celery salad with walnuts, dates and pecorino. 
 

Diners can enjoy the exquisite seasonal soup of butternut squash with spicy sausage, oyster stew, and seafood choppino. The carvery will be serving a tender roast Butterball turkey with giblet gravy and cranberry sauce, herbs and bacon corn bread stuffing and mashed potatoes, Mesquite smoked and honey glazed pork ribs, and baked sweet potatoes and corn on cob. Other favourites will include surf ‘n’ turf: prime beef steak and tiger prawns wrapped with Canadian bacon and Maryland crab cakes. 
 

An irresistible choice of desserts and cakes includes Mississippi mud pie, Apple Pie, Pumpkin Pie, Louisiana pecan pie, Key lime pie, heavenly brownies and much more.
