The enticing buffet features an array of delicious Thai and international cuisine and free flow wine.  Diners can enjoy a selection of antipasto (fresh sliced Italian dried sausage and cold cuts), marinata di verdure, a cheese corner with a variety of condiments, crisp salads, delicious creamy soups, a bountiful choice of fresh seafood, all your favourite pasta, and much more. You can also savour your favourites from the barbeque and carving station including marinated lamb chops with rosemary, New York sirloin steak, smoked pork ribs with barbecue sauce, John Dory fish fillet with lemon and thyme, grilled river prawns and pan-fried foie gras.

Guests can also relax to the smooth sounds from our talent jazz pianist and vocalist, and choose from an excellent wine list to compliment the gourmet cuisine.
