On Thursday, July 19, 2007 Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok held "GRAND EVENTS" The launch of Outside Catering Service by Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok at Siam Ocean World.

At the "GRAND EVENTS", guests had a great chance to try the highest quality cuisine prepared a-la-minute plus the best service in Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok style and tradition. Plus the first time to view the 15-million mobile kitchens that designed by our Executive Chef Lucas Granville to enhance the flexibility of the outside catering service.
"GRAND EVENTS" concept presented in 6 unique themed stations in fascinating set-ups decorated harmonically with flower arrangement. Perfect matches of fine cuisine and beverage are such as Amuse bouche (Foie Gras Praline with Peach Bellini), Japanese bar (Sushi & Sashimi with Sake), Western Kitchen with Kamikaze Mermaid shooter Luge, Made in China (Pekking Duck & Tsingtao Beer), Thai Kitchen with Lychee Caipiroska and La Piece de Resistance (Chocolate with Chocolate Martini).
