Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa offers a wide variety of dinning choices. There are seaside, pool side, open air and roof top dining. From fine dining to casual dining to bars they have them all. They even have their own beer brew.

The White Lotus is a fine dining Chinese restaurant on the roof top floor 17. With panoramic views of Hua Hin bay you can see as far as kao Takiab. It is the most luxurious restaurant of the resort. If you are in for Chinese, they serve very high quality food here. The buffet dim sum lunch is one of the best in Hua Hin. At 300 baht/person it is one of the best deals in town. These are some of our favorites; the snaper with spicy lemon dim sum, the spicy Szechuan shop, and the mee Hokkien fried noodle.

The Market consists of three restaurants, Thai Talad Talay Sod Restaurant, Japanese Ichi-Ba Restaurant and Italian Il Mercato Restaurant. The restaurants are separated in different style of decoration connected together with a large terrace for outdoor seating. This is the main restaurant where all of the guest can have breakfast. For dinner there are themed nights where the restaurant organizes dinner buffets of Thai, Japanese or Italian depending on the day. Weve had the chance to try the Thai dinner, which was set up elegantly with prepared food such as Thai curries, stir fried vegetables and Thai spicy salads and many more. There are also dish that a can be cooked on site such as fried spring roles, noodle with clear soup, and padthai that can be ordered the way you like. Dont forget to treat yourself with Thai deserts even though they are high in sugar and Calories, they are worth to try every once in a while. Our favorite mango and sticky rice which can disappear very fast once it is refilled.
Chay Had restaurant, this is my favorite for a quick day time sandwich or it could be romantic evening diner. It is set by the beach (that is what chay had means) elevated about 4 meters up. You can see both the sea and the pool from your seat. Their specialties are salads sandwich and item from the grills. Sandwich comes in large portions. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich it was a foot long and it was very nicely prepare, with avocados and lettuce. For diner the chef prepares a four course set menu for 900 baht. Once a month the restaurant organizes a wine diner four course set with matching wine for only 1,600 baht and we thought Hua Hin was expensive, but not for this.

Hua Hin Brewing Company
From the street side this looks like a nice fun place with multi level seating in the outside dining space. They actually call it the Old Hua Hin Brewing Company" so the décor translate to a dark wooden environment much like what you see in cowboy movies. There are nightly live bands starting a 9.30pm that is when the crowd starts pouring in. The attractive band plays decent western music and also plays request. The food portion here is surprisingly large. A 200 baht Caesar salad looks like it is prepare for 3 people. In a brewery, try not to miss the brew. There is a sample menu offering all three types of beer from light to strong, priced at 210 baht. Guest I was on the soft side that day. I liked the light. Hua Hin Brewing Company is fun filled with nice crowd.
