Siam Winery opens the doors of its ''Hua Hin Hills Wine Cellar''

Hua Hin, Prachuab Khirikhan, 8 December 2007 - Siam Winery, Thailand’s leading producer of premium wines and grape-based products, has now brought to Hua Hin its brand new wine shop, Hua Hin Hills Wine Cellar. The Wine Cellar will offer wine-lovers the chance to sample and taste Siam Winery’s array of outstanding wine products in a cozy and friendly environment, before taking home their favorite choice of a wine beverage.

Hua Hin Hills Wine Cellar is situated on the 2nd floor of Market Village Shopping Centre. The shop is well-decorated and provides a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere which is perfectly suited for wine tasting, while mingling with fellow wine lovers. Regarded as the first all-inclusive wine tasting locale in Hua Hin, connoisseurs visiting Hua Hin Hills Wine Cellar will be spoiled with Siam Winery’s wide range of choices that are available for tasting, including Hua Hin’s own Monsoon Valley, imported Mont Clair wines, as well as fruit-based Fresco.

Mr. Kim Wachtveitl, Siam Winery’s Director Business Development, said, “We are very pleased to open the first phase of our retail business. The Wine Cellar serves as retail shop cum wine bar, but also paves the way for really making Hua Hin known as a wine destination. Grapes grown at the nearby Hua Hin Hills Vineyard are now making up most of the blend in the Monsoon Valley range. The second phase will be our thousand rai vineyard, which will be comprised of a Visitor Center serving as an educational facility, a restaurant, a winery shop, as well as other facilities that will be ready to accommodate and welcome travelers in April 2008”, added Mr. Kim.
From next year onwards, Thais and foreign tourists who choose to spend their vacation at the beautiful seaside resort can enjoy a local glass of wine at either Hua Hin Hills Wine Cellar, or in Siam Winery’s beautiful mountainous vineyard setting.
Hua Hin Hills Wine Cellar at Market Village Shopping Center, Hua Hin, is open now daily 10 am. – 10 pm., with an internet wireless network available for all visitors.
