NEW F&B MANAGER FOR HILTON HUA HIN RESORT & SPA

21 January 2008, Hua Hin, Thailand – Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Christoph Weidemann as Food and Beverage Manager.

Prior to his appointment, 27-year-old Mr. Weidemann was Assistant Food & Beverage Manager of the resort for two years. He was part of the team that won first place in Hilton’s Food and Beverage Awards of Excellence (Asia) in 2006.

Said Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa General Manager, Mr Sean Brennan, “Christoph has made a wonderful contribution to the F&B team these past two years, introducing new initiatives and maintaining guest satisfaction, and we are therefore very pleased to announce his promotion to F&B manager.”

He began his career as a Chef de Partie at Hua Ting Hotel and Towers in Shanghai, China before joining the Hilton group in 2004, with stints at Hilton Phuket Arcardia Resort & Spa, Thailand and Hilton Jeddah in Saudi Arabia.

A native German, Mr Weidermann is a Higher Business graduate from Kellinghusenstrasse in Hamburg, Germany.
