Banyan Tree Bangkok's Seedlings Scholarship

Mr. Bernold O. Schroeder, Senior Vice President Managing Director – Hotel Operations of Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts and General Manager of Banyan Tree Bangkok presented the scholarships under “The Banyan Tree Bangkok’s Seedlings Project” in the amount of 1,000,000 baht to 4 students from Duang Prateep Foundation and Mahamek Home for Boys at Banyan Tree Bangkok Child Care Centre.

Seedlings, a three-phase community support program which enhances Banyan Tree Group’s abilities to be an agent of social and economic development, aims to offer an opportunity and support to children considered at risk of societal exclusion aged between 12 and 18 years old. This group-wide initiative is divided into three stages of mentorship, scholarship, and internship to provide children with the motivation and means to complete their education and careers.
