In Bangkok, there are many culinary classes offered, most of them are in hotels, restaurants and culinary schools. This feature we bring you some alternatives where you can start your latest trend as a cook!
Cooking Class @ Four Seasons
Like any other Asian people, the Japanese considers having a meal with their loved ones a perfect time to discuss about each other's activities, works and other interesting topics. Learning the basis of meal preparation for a Japanese family from a Japanese chef is something to look forward to.

Cooking Class @ The Conrad
Dessert is what makes a meal complete. Learning how to creat that authentic sweet taste is something you could do by yourself.

To convey the right cooking method, the chefs at The Conrad Bangkok launched the project "Let's Cook It Right" which offers many cooking courses. We had the opportunity to experience the dessert course which was a demonstration course only, you don't actually do the cooking.
Cooking Class @ JW Marriott BKK
If you're looking for the venue where it offers a cooking methods from appetizer to dessert, JW Marriott's cooking class at Tsu and Nami Japanese restaurant can certainly be on top of your list.

Tsu and Nami are the venue for July's class located at the base floor of JW Marriott on Sukumvit 2. The two restaurants are separated into two zones providing spacious space for sushi or Japanese cuisine dining at Tsu and teppanyaki dining from Nami. The class is arranged for a maximum of 12 interested guests held every first Saturday of each month, or it can be opened any days in case there is a group of at least ten guests.
Apart from the hotel venues, there is the world's famous culinary school called Le Cordon Bleu at Dusit Thani Building, Rama IV road. The institue provides cuisine and pastry cooking courses into three levels: basic, intermediate, advance conducted by professional French chefs. The class includes demostration and practical sections taught in French and English with interpretation into English or Thai as well as hi-technology facilities offered for all students here.
