Bangkok??s icon for the Japanese Visitors appoints

 
Mr Danny McCafferty, General Manager of Dusit Thani Bangkok, has appointed Ms Mari Nozue as Associate Director of Sales responsible for the Japanese Market including Travel Agents and Corporate Accounts. Ms Nozue will replace Ms Eriko Fujie who has been working at Dusit Thani Bangkok for 12 years until recently when she was promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing at the soon to be opened second generation Dusit, dusitD2 baraquda pattaya.

Ms Mari Nozue

A graduate of Sundai Travel & Hotel College, Tokyo, Majoring in Hotel Management, Ms. Nozue started her hotel career in Tokyo in 1994 at Yamanoue Hotel, before moving on to The Hilltop restaurant. Later, she joined the Shangri-la Hotel, Bangkok as Japanese Service Agent in 1998 and prior to joining Dusit Thani Bangkok, she held the position of Assistant Director of Sales-Japan at Siam City Hotels & Resorts for the past five years. Mr McCafferty said “We are excited to have such a dynamic sales leader for our Japanese clientele base, especially with Ms Nozue’s knowledge of the Thai inbound Japanese market and her passion to meet the needs of this specialized guest market. The Dusit Thani Bangkok will continue to maintain and grow its loyal Japanese guest base as we constantly seek for new and improved ways to exceed their expectations”.
