At our visit to Centara, Krabi, we got a chance to visit "On the Rocks," the restaurant with minimal decor but with great ambience. Who needs decor it is right on the beach when you are surrounded with beautiful nature.

Here it serves the creation from chef Williams, the Australian chef who loves adventure and travels the world working as a chef in countries like South Africa and Afghanistan. His adventurous characteristics are revealed through his cuisine that it has a combination of international and Thai, herbs and ingredients.
The first dish is the tasty fried white snapper topped with peppercorn and served with dried tomato and asparagus. This dish is enhancing with a perfect combination of all ingredients. The dried tomato really brings out the flavor of the fish.

Followed by the chicken stuffed with salami, it is cooked with the local seasoning ingredients like garlic, red onion and needle mushroom. The next one is the mix dish of pork chop with elements of Thai of pumpkins, morning glory with curry sauce. This creation will be perfect with a glass of medium wine.

The other dishes are the spring roll of Indian grilled chickentika wrapped with Indian roti as well as salmon and tuna cooked in spices. We ended our dinner with interesting chocolate and coffee Amaretto with caramelized almond, crispy caramel and flour with pistachio.

Here you will receive a relaxing ambiance with world cusine. Apart from the physical adventures you can have in Krabi, you can also have an adventurus cuisine, presented beautifully among the exotic atmosphere, at On the rocks!
