If mention about live Jazz in hotel venues, 360 might not be a familiar name to you because it's quite new comparing to other places. The venue sets on the top floor of the Millennium Hilton Bangkok with the glass wall that opens to the 360 degree view of Bangkok. Setting on the Thonburi side, you can have a better view of sparkling Bangkok while sipping your favorite drink and enjoying the Jazz tunes at 360. Getting to the venue is actually convenient via the shuttle boats. They are available at Sathorn and the River City pier. During our visit, the venue features American vocalist Coco York who will sing along with the Jazzy sound of piano and bass until January 21 2009.
The venue is located on the 32nd floor of the hotel. The spacious hall is like a lighthouse for the 360 degree city view. The decoration is simple. It is garnished by the sky color and the Bangkok’s night scene. Tables with couches are set by the glass wall. The bar and the live performance area are elevated at the venue center. It is recommended to come before the sunset to see the changing sky color.

Apart from the great location and ambience, the venue also serves interesting drinks and snacks. We prefer non-sweet drinks. Among all the cocktails, there is Martini that suits us. We ordered the venue’s signature called Kingdom Martini which is very interesting with the cheese stuffed olives. And they give a surprising good taste with the martini.

Another signature is the Grilled Orange Magarita. This magarita is interesting because it's added with grilled orage that gives a new but nice taste to the drink. We also had Robusto Mojito which is the cuban cigar infused rum with fresh lime and mint. So this drink has a little scent of cigar.
Snacks are also interesting. They’re served in a small portion with nice presentation. We ordered Shaken Not Stir which is a white sauce pasta dish shaken and served in front of you. Foie Gras “Croquettes,” fried croquettes with mashed potato and foie gras inside served with sweet mango and balsamic. Mini Burgers are three different burgers of tuna tartar, smoked salmon and king crab. Actually they’re not as mini as the bite size and the taste is nice.

360 is a brand new venue for live Jazz where the entertainment is second to none. With such spectacular location, 360 is simply recommended if you’re looking for the new experience with your favorite tunes!
