Sukhumvit 11 is known as one of the most popular entertainment zone in Bangkok with many nightclubs located in the area. Q Bar is one of the first venue in soi 11 followed by Bed Supperclub, Twisted and the new Diva.
Q Bar stands out as the 2-level nightclub with each floor's interior design totally distinguish from another. The downstairs area is decorated in simple style using black color but added with liveliness from the wall of illuminating colors. The area has the very long bar, sofa seating, DJ booth and the restroom with an extra large curved door.
Stepping to the upstairs area, it's like a different world. The zone looks more sophisticated with oriental decor using red, gold with a little of black color with bars and comfortable sofa which have the intricate pattern of black and golden flowers on them. There is also the balcony which can be accessed from outside stairways with tables and seating for smoking area. The restroom is quite small but chic with mirrors around giving it spacious look.
We made our visit on Saturday when the venue featured DJ who creates the cool tunes from mixing little bits of everything. Most of the customers are foreigners. Q Bar guests usually walk in late. People started to come like around almost 10. That night our DJ came in quite late, at about 11. But when he turned on his music, I noticed people from upstairs and those sitting suddenly stepped into the dance floor dancing with so much fun.

Each zone at Q Bar gives you a different feeling but if you wanna have fun, just go downstair to the dance floor with other people. Sure, it won't disappoint!
