A Swedish spending most of his time aboard in Australia and Bangkok. He has been living in Bangkok for five years. And he has become a familiar face to the Bangkok party scene, as a star bartender.

We had a few words with him, at his new work place "The Nest" @ Lefenix Sukhumvit Hotel

What is your new responsibility?
I have to manage staffs and make them trust in me since, I think, the most important thing is my treasured staff.

What is your previous work?
I have now worked myself half way around the world. It all started in my mamma’s kitchen with making breakfast at 6years old for fun. I have ever sense loved to get that “wow thank you’ and smile from people that enjoys my creations. After I understood that there was not much interacting with people as a chef. I got in to bartending. Me and my close friends at age 18, worked at the Most high ranked/popular cocktail bar in Australia at the time Sun Bar Lounge & George in Brisbane. After that it’s been a fast ride, cocktail books, magazines, MTV, Hollywood stars parties, jet set bartering, monthly columns on drinks/entertainment, GM, brand ambassador, F&B manager & a whole lot of consulting jobs

What is the key essence of this job?
The key essence of this job is to pay attention to the customers and quality of the food and drinks.

Where do you like to go to spend your free time? (restaurants, provinces, etc)
I don’t have free time,,, if I have it is seeing my family in sweden!

What's favorite your website ?
My favorite website is face book. And I like to get as much event/party/promotion spam as possible.
