Aspadeva at Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa

Aspadeva is a name that seems familiar, but actually it is the first spa originated by the Sheraton brand. At the time of the review there is only one branch available, which is here at the Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa. The spa is decorated in Earth tone color furnishing with soft lighting for creating a relaxing atmosphere. There are 12 treatment rooms. The suites are comforting, and is equipped with steam showers and large Jacuzzis.

Our therapists was Khun Rattana and Khun Tik. Khun Rattana has been working at the Aspadeva ever since it was opened. She is quite an experienced therapist. Khun Tik has been working as a therapist for about 10 years, so no doubt about her experiences as a therapist. She is also well-informed about Hua Hin.

Aspadeva offers over 40 treatments. The one we had was Aspadeva Massage. Aspadeva Massage is a combination of aroma therapy massage and traditional Thai massage. It’s a perfect match. The traditional Thai massage can be painful sometimes if done by an inexperienced therapist. And the aroma therapy massage sometimes can’t really lessen physical tenses. However, Aspadeva Massage brings the balance to the two massages with some stretching techniques and some reflexology. The treatment lasts 1 hour and a half. You can also request for a customized treatment in which you can choose to body scrub first then go for a massage. All can be done in 1 hour and a half.
