The 60 seater venue is surrounded by floor to ceiling glass windows. The ambiance is relaxed with low key lighting making it very appropriate for dates or even parties. The tables are spread out in a way every table gets there privacy. Every months there are new art installations. At the time we were there a pop-art installation entitled “The Seven Year Itch” from Symon, colorful varieties of Marilyn Monroe.
Many times people come here just for the wines and maybe some tapas to go along with it. The wine here are sold at market prices, there is a wine connection shop inside the bar/restaurant. There is no cork-age fee. There are also wine sampler, you get 3 wine at reduced portions. The food offered here are new world cuisine with a French influence created by the Executive Chef Boris Cuzon.

Our first items are The Chef Tasting Tree, a combination of tapas from seafood to meats. A well round treat which consist of Salmon tartar rolls with avocado, grilled minced lamb with yogurt mint sauce, deep fried risotto and mozzarella balls, grilled marinated baby squid, seafood pastilla, and australian beef carpaccio. All are good, I personally like the salmon tartar and risotto balls.

The beef tartar was next, it was bloody and juicy serve with raw quail eggs. It had a real beefy scent, it would be very nice with a medium to full body red. Our favorite would have to be the New Zealand Lamb rack. It was cooked to perfection, medium rare with a nice tasty crust, inside it was very juicy and tender.

While walking through the restaurant, we notice a very strong scent, some will love it some won't. It's the cheese station. They  offer many type of cheeses from the very mild to the very strong and pungent. One of the most pungent offered here is Brie. Once you put it in you mouth your heart beats faster from the intense flavor and strong scent. It goes very well with dried fruit. For dessert we had Green tea frozen parfait with Madeleine biscuit and lynchee compote. A very complex dessert, the parfait is almost like ice-cream. Along with Madeleine biscuit and lynchee makes a perfect combination.

If you are looking for fine ambiance, great views, and affordable wine, this is the place to be.
