Chef Man, born in Hong Kong, is an enterprising Chinese Chef, specializing in authentic Cantonese cuisine – which is very much the world’s most popular type of Chinese cuisine. Outgoing and Friendly, he delights in introducing the specialties of his very own unique way of cooking to the customer. Dishes range from traditional to modern, fusion to a touch of the exotic, all bringing immense satisfaction to the palate. Chef Mans further expertise is Dim Sum, where his dishes are very simply to the highest standard. Throughout his visit to Mantra, Chef Man will be offering a range of dishes featuring all aspects of his cooking which will culminate in a spectacular wine dinner flowing in harmony with the wines of Grace Vineyards in Shanxi Province, mainland China. 
 
 

Chef Man Wai Yin is the Executive Chinese Chef @ Heichinrou Restaurant Bangkok and will spend 12 days at Mantra restaurant as our guest chef working in tandem with Executive Chef, Jens Heier.
