The meal started with Seared scallop, cauliflower puree, and rocket leaves. The sweet and juicy scallop goes well with peppery rocket.

It was served with Anni IGT 2010 (Sauvignon, Viognier), a refreshing fruity wine.

Gnocchi, a pasta made from potatoes and semolina wheat top with eggplants, tomatoes sauce and buffalo mozzarella cheese. Light pasta with pleasing potato taste.

Served with Crognolo IGT 2008 (Sangiovese, Merlot)

Risotto alla Milanese and porcini mushrooms, little porcini chunks in the intense cheese risotto make it hard leave anything left on this plate even though this is a six course dinner. Served with Orma Bolgheri IGT 2007 93 WS (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc) 

Sous-vide (slow cook at low temperature) 60 degree duck breast the duck was pan seared on the skin side to make a crispy skin, it was served with celeriac mash potatoes, dried fig, and Oreno wine reduction sauce. To go with this dish, Oreno IGT 2007 (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon)

The braised lamb shank was served with, pumpkin mousse, and green beans. A powerful full body wine with dark berries and leather, Oreno IGT 2003 was paired with this dish. It came in a large 1 liter bottle. This wine is not easy to drink, it needs to be decanter a couple of hours to open it up.

For dessert was Crema cotta, amaretto cake, coconut sorbet
