Apart from the world famous nightlife in Pattaya, agogo bars, night clubs, cabaret shows, there is quiet resort hidden. The Sheraton Pattaya can be found not far the notorious walking street, but manages to stay peaceful.

Located on Pratamnak hill near the PATTAYA sign is the Sheraton Pattaya resort. The hillside resort looks out over the ocean to the west. Low rise buildings descending down the hill. At the top larger buildings comprised of hotel room like accommodations. Further down the hill smaller building (pavilions) spread out in the luscious garden. At the beach front there are pool villas and the latitude lounge.

Unique design featue of this Resort is the eight side Sala

We stayed at the garden pavilions. A small building with only for units per building, the upper floor are the ocean pavilions, the ground floor is the garden pavilions. Inside the room was spacious and well decorated. There is a large open bathroom with a spa like bath tub. Outside is a sala that is part of the unit.

Because the resort is situated on a hillside, stairs are all over.

There are 3 pools here. This one has a zigzag passage way with jaguzzi spots spread out.

The Element restaurant serves breakfest lunch dinner. The breakfest served here had good quality items with many to choose from.

Man made water fall at the latitude lounge. The Latidue lounge is pretty hidden even for the resort guest. But it is worthwhile coming here for an evening cocktail by the beach.

Pattaya can be many things; one thing that it is not, is peaceful. I’m sure many of you will agree with me on this. But as I have found out that is not always true.
