NEWLY APPOINTED MR. MATHIEU BELLEC
AS THE NEW DIRECTOR OF FOOD & BEVERAGE
OF SOFITEL BANGKOK SILOM

 
Mr. Guy Poujoulat, General Manager of Sofitel Bangkok Silom, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Mathieu Bellec as the new Director of Food and Beverage.

Mr. Bellec will be taking overall responsibility for all food and beverage outlets of the Sofitel Bangkok Silom.

A French-British native, Mathieu has numerous experiences in the operations for the Food and Beverage departments of the most distinguished places from the Novotel Tour Eiffel, to the Ministry of Finance, the Disneyland hotel, Le Bristol hotel, and the Plaza Athenee, in France,  that allowed him to gain tremendous hands on experience and lead him this far today.

Prior to his appointment, he was the Food and Beverage Manager, part of the pre opening team of The Hansar Bangkok Hotel, in charge of creating the outlets concepts, standards, pricing structures and other essential elements. From 2007 during 3 years, Mathieu demonstrated his leadership and management skills at The Landmark Hotel, Bangkok, as Restaurant Manager of the French gastronomic steak house of the hotel by winning for 3 consecutive years the Thailand Tatler Best Restaurant award, and by increasing considerably the profitability of the venue.

Mathieu will once more show the very best of his abilities at Sofitel Bangkok Silom, for his first position of Director of Food and Beverage.
