The exhibition in Honor of His Majesty the King for 60th Anniversary Celebrations of His Majesty Accession to the Throne on 26th May-11th June 2006 at Impact Arena, Muangthong Thani

From the day that His Majesty the King has accessed to the throne to be the 9th King of Chakri Dynasty in year 2489 which is now 60 years passed. His Majesty the King has produced king's multifarious duties for Thai people. It is difficult to find a person who well understands in the concepts of each project’s benevolence that His Majesty the King has made and created. According to the 60th Anniversary Celebrations of His Majesty Accession to the Throne, Prime Minister’s Office work together with Read Trade Dex Co., Ltd., CM Organizer Co, Ltd., Index Co., Ltd., Pico (Thailand) Co., Ltd., JSL Co., Ltd and Thai people organized The exhibition in Honor of His Majesty the King at IMPACT Arena, Exhibition and Convention Center at Muangthong Thani, Jaeng Wattana on 26th May-11th June 2006.
In the exhibition, there were many presentations about His Majesty the King’s Biography, King’s multifarious duties for Thai people and His Majesty’s marvellous painting. It was divided into 14 zones, emphasizing photographs at different stages of the King and 3D projection of The King playing at young age on gigantic water curtain and Water graphic Display. Apart from these activities and many more there was a play, “Phra Maha Chanaka”, which based on the King’s Novel, divided into 2 parts, 2 pm and 7 pm.
นิทรรศการเฉลิมพระเกียรติพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว เนื่องในโอกาสการจัดงานฉลองสิริราชสมบัติครบ 60 ปี
นับแต่พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวภูมิพลอดุลเดช เสด็จเถลิงถวัลย์ราชสมบัติ เป็นพระมหากษัตริย์รัชกาลที่ 9 แห่งพระบรมราชวงศ์จักรี เมื่อปี พ.ศ.2489 ตลอดเวลายาวนานกว่า 60 ปีที่ผ่านมา ทรงปฏิบัติพระราชกรณียกิจน้อยใหญ่นานัปการ เพื่อบำบัดทุกข์บำรุงสุขราษฎร จนอาจกล่าวได้ว่ายากจะหาผู้ใดจดจำและเข้าใจแนวทางและโครงการในพระราชดำริได้อย่างถ่องแท้ เนื่องในโอกาสการจัดงานฉลองสิริราชสมบัติครบ 60 ปี สำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี ร่วมกับ บริษัท รี้ดเทรดเด็กซ์ จำกัด , บริษัทซีเอ็มออร์เกนไนเซอร์ จำกัด, บริษัท อินเด็กซ์ จำกัด, บริษัท ปีโก้ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด, บริษัท เจเอสแอล จำกัด และปวงชนชาวไทย จัดนิทรรศการเฉลิมพระเกียรติพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว ขึ้น ณ ศูนย์แสดงสินค้าอิมแพค เมืองทองธานี แจ้งวัฒนะ ระหว่างวันที่ 26 พฤษภาคม- 11 มิถุนายน 2549
ในงานมีนิทรรศการอันน่าสนใจมากมายเกี่ยวกับพระราชประวัติ พระราชกรณียกิจ และพระราชอัจฉริยภาพของพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว โดยแบ่งเป็น 14 โซนใหญ่ ที่เน้นความงดงามของพระบรมฉายาลักษณ์และการนำเสนอเรื่องราวด้วยเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ อาทิ ภาพสามมิติของเล่นที่พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวทรงเล่นเมื่อทรงพระเยาว์ การฉายภาพยนตร์พระราชกรณียกิจบนม่านน้ำขนาดใหญ่ และการน้ำตกอักษร(Water Graphic Display)ประกอบบทเพลงพระราชนิพนธ์ที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจ
นอกจากนี้ยังมีการแสดงมหานาฏกรรมเฉลิมพระเกียรติ เรื่อง พระมหาชนก โดยแบ่งเป็นสองรอบ คือ เวลา 14.00 น.และ 19.00 น.
