THE PENINSULA BANGKOK
Mr. Philip Sedgwick Mr. Sedgwick will take up his new role in April 2007. He has the distinction of having worked exclusively in Michelin-starred restaurants throughout Europe, which includes England, Switzerland, Germany, Italy and France, before joining The Peninsula Hong Kong in 1999 as Gaddi’s Chef, an award-winning French fine dining restaurant, before his promotion to his current position of Executive Sous Chef in 2004.
A British national, Mr. Sedgwick fluently speaks English, German, Italian, French and beginning Cantonese. He is a graduate of the Thames Valley University and an alumnus of Cornell University E-Cornell.
