Bangkok Marriott Resort & Spa Appoints Mr. Patrick Martinez as its new General Manager
Mr. Martinez will be responsible for overseeing the Bangkok Marriott Resort & Spa operational planning, sales & marketing efforts and promotional synergies. A native from Nice (France - Cote d’Azur), Mr. Martinez has worked in Asia for Marriott International for the last 11 years after a couple of years of experience in Europe and Middle East with luxury properties from the Intercontinental and Hyatt group of hotels.

Through his leadership, the hotel has gained several awards in 2006 like the TAT Thailand Tourism Award of Excellence for Resort Hotel in the Central Region as well as receiving the five stars award from Thailand Hotel Standards. Speaking of his new appointment at the Bangkok Marriott Resort & Spa, Mr. Martinez said “I am truly excited to join our flagship Marriott Resort in Thailand, part of the Minor group.
