Dynasty, Centara Grand at Centralworld

| January 21, 2018

The Centara Grand at Centralworld, located in the heart of the city’s central business district, opens the doors to a brand new authentic Cantonese cuisine experience this June, offering yet another delectable dining choice after the outstanding success of Uno Mas and Cru Champagne Bar.

Dynasty follows in the footsteps of the legendary restaurant by the same name, which opened in 1983 at the luxury flagship’s sister hotel, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao. The new restaurant will showcase the subtle and elegant dishes of one of the great regional Chinese cuisines and take diners on a gourmet journey with authentic Cantonese cuisine and delicacies of the Imperial Chinese era prepared by master Cantonese chef Kongsun Sae-Liang.
“Cantonese cuisine is characterized by fresh ingredients, gentle spices and slow, careful preparation. It’s all about subtlety and uncomplicated flavours. It is why the love for Cantonese around the world is an enduring one,” says Chef Sae-Liang, who is no stranger to Bangkok and has worked at first Dynasty at Centara Grand Lardprao and Noble House at the former Hilton Nai Lert Park.
Occupying 800 sqm on the 24th floor of the hotel with impressive vistas of the city, the 200-seater Dynasty offers a refined Contemporary Asian design concept incorporating the contrasting elements of Fire and Water: fluid curves, cool aquarium, transparent displays and five glass-enclosed private rooms combine with the excitement of live cooking stations and a dim sum show kitchen.
