Elephant Polo Tournament Raises 4.5 million baht for Thai Elephants

Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas recently hosted a fundraising gala dinner as a part of the 13th King’s Cup Elephant Polo Tournament to raise funds for projects that better the lives of Thailand’s elephant population. The gala dinner at Anantara Bangkok Riverside Resort & Spa hosted a gathering of top dignitaries, players, media and well known celebrities, with the night’s auction raising THB 4.5 million, taking the total raised to date by the tournament to an impressive THB 28.7 million. ElephanPolo2014_Gala041Picture shows (from left to right):
