FAUCHON launches ‘Sukhothai Éclair’ A French pastry for Thai Father’s Day

FAUCHON, French’s leading culinary store, introducing a Father’s Day celebration Éclair so called ‘Sukhothai’, to attract pastry lover market. With the uniqueness of the recipe and the combination of Thai-French culinary culture, this limited pastry collection is available at FAUCHON during 4-7 December only.Inspired by Sukhothai Kingdom when relationship between the King and his people is compared with a bond of the love between ‘father-son’, FAUCHON pastry chef crafts this special Éclair using yellow-gold color to reflect the glory of Thai history.  Sukhothai Éclair highlights the distinguished taste of famous Thai local fruits, Banana and Mango, combined with a light chocolate caramel ganache. The choux pastry is topped with yellow chocolate glaze decorated with gold powder and gold leaf. It is priced at Bt175 and available at FAUCHON shops in Groove@CentralWorld and SiamParagon.
