Since the opening of the restaurant in August 2018, Front Room’s new and innovative Nordic-Thai approach to cuisine has been well-received by guests. Fresh and locally sourced Thai ingredients are brought to life through Nordic cooking styles which include fermenting, curing, preserving and smoking.

“Actually, I schedule a change of the tasting menu every four months to follow the best produce of the seasons. However, there is high demand from our guests for some of their favorite dishes available in each tasting menu, so I thought it would be a good idea that I combine some of the restaurant’s most beloved dishes that are great for sharing in an à la carte menu,” says Fae Rungthiwa Chummongkol, Front Room’s chef de cuisine.

Pricings range from THB 400++ to THB 1,500++, with each portion for two to share. Diners will receive a complimentary set of amuse bouche before starting their meal.
