Gastronomic Crossroads: “Tokyo meets Bangkok,” Elements, inspired by Ciel Bleu meets Armani / Ristorante

Elements, inspired by Ciel Bleu at The Okura Prestige Bangkok, will become the stage for a unique gastronomy dialogue this July. On Friday, 25 and Saturday, 26 July 2025, the restaurant will host “Gastronomic Crossroads: Tokyo meets Bangkok,” an exclusive four-hand dinner showcasing the extraordinary talents of Chef Gerard Villaret Horcajo of Elements, inspired by Ciel Bleu and Chef Bruno Hiruma of Armani / Ristorante, Tokyo, two gastronomic artists driven by a shared passionate vision of gastronomy.

Chef Gerard Villaret Horcajo of Elements, inspired by Ciel Bleu, renowned for his French elegance with Japanese infused, and deep respect for pristine ingredients, will collaborate with Chef Bruno Hiruma, the visionary behind Armani / Ristorante in Tokyo, Japan. This marks a momentous occasion as it is the first time Chef Bruno will showcase his artistry outside of his renowned Tokyo establishment, promising an exploration of sophisticated flavours and masterful techniques.

Chef Bruno, originally hailing from Spain, masterfully blends Japanese ingredients with Italian tradition, presenting a modern and sophisticated culinary perspective. Both chefs share a profound commitment to simplicity, allowing the inherent quality of each ingredient to shine. This shared passion forms the cornerstone of this extraordinary collaboration.

Chef Bruno adds, “Chef Gerard and I share a common culinary philosophy – one rooted in simplicity, elegance, and a profound respect for each ingredient and its origin. For this occasion, we will focus on ingredients from Fukuoka, a region we recently explored together. During our journey, we visited a variety of farms and met the passionate producers whose dedication brings out the true character of each product.”

The “Gastronomic Crossroads: Tokyo meets Bangkok” four-hand dinner is a narrative told through seven exquisite courses. It is priced at Baht 6,500++ per person for seven-course dinner journey, and it is available on Friday, 25 and Saturday, 26 July 2025 from 18:00 hrs. at Elements, inspired by Ciel Bleu.
