GIORGIO’S NEW MENU and WINE JOURNEY CHAPTER 3:
Giorgio’s Italian restaurant, nestled within the luxurious Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers, is delighted to unveil the latest chapter of its esteemed Wine Journey series. Chapter 3, titled ‘Discover the Taste of Italian Cuisine & Organic Fine Wines from Puglia’, promises an exquisite culinary experience paired with exceptional organic wines from the renowned Zensa vineyards.
The evening begins with a Cocktail Reception featuring Prosecco & Cicchetti, including tantalizing bites such as Cannelloni of Salted Cod ‘Veneziana’, Chilled Black Angus Roast Beef with Tuna, Capers and Boiled Egg Sauce, and Parmigiano Custard aged for 24 months with Fragrant Pear.
Guests will then embark on a delectable journey through five meticulously crafted courses, each expertly paired with organic wines sourced from Puglia’s prestigious Zensa vineyards. From Succulent Japanese Scallops to Savory Rigatoni with Luganega Sausage, the menu showcases the rich flavors of Italian cuisine, elevated by the organic fine wines, from Puglia, including:

Each wine has been carefully chosen to complement the flavors of the dishes, ensuring a harmonious dining experience that delights the palate and captivates the senses.
