Hilton Hua Hin Resort and Spa
Hilton Hua Hin is located on the very center of Hua Hin; walking distance to shops and restaurant and the night market. The seaside resort is in the old town of Hua Hin; notice the small streets’ surrounding the hotel, any city with small streets is a hint of being old.
Hua Hin is the classy seaside resort we all like to visit during the weekend. I find it much better to visit during the weekdays. After the check-inn, our trip started with a lazy afternoon at the pool under the sun. The pool is a free shape that is big enough to accommodate all the guess of the hotel. There are unique spaces that can fit a variety of preferences. The white sandy beach is another thing you must at least walk on with your bare foot.

Our room was the King Pacific Suite, a spacious corner suite. The terrace is huge and provides more than 180 degrees view of the sea and city of Hua Hin. The resort takes advantage of it’s perfect location by going up high. All room gets the Hua Hin sea view. The is also a rooftop restaurant and bar. The white lotus is one of my favorite Chinese restaurant in Hua Hin, not only the food is great but it has the view to match it.
360 Virtual Tour of Hilton Hua Hin Chai Had
Chai Had is the new seaside restaurant that offers Thai and western dishes on a very beautiful setting right by the beach. Below are some of the delicious creation from the chef we tried.
Singapore chili Blue Swimmer crab(450); a very mouth watering dish. The crab was fresh, the sauce had the right balance of chili garlic and sweetness.
Tuna tartare taco (260) with avocado, iceberg lettuce, crispy won-ton and sour cream. An interesting dish that marriage Mexican with Thai taste.
Hokkaido scallop ceviche (290), orange, avocado, red onion and coconut lime sauce.
Pan fried snow fish (750) with roast pumpkin cous cous and mussel saffron cream sauce topped with spicy Spanish sausage chorizo. This is a creative dish, the fish had the fattiness and sweetness that stands out accompanied with chorizo makes it a very memorable dish.
Seared tuna (450) with garlic mash, caper olive tomato salsa, trumpet mushrooms topped with poached egg and hollandaise sauce. This is a complex and hearty dish the caper olive tomato salsa gives it a refreshing taste and balance to the whole dish.
Caramelized bananas (160), kaffire lime leaf, vanilla bean ice cream.
Pandus noodle (160), black sticky rice, coconut palm suger and ice; a familiar Thai dessert with ice cream makes it even more pleasurable.
The Spa is a bit hidden in the resort but the beautiful treatment rooms is well worth the visit.
360 Virtual Tour of Hilton Hua Hin Spa
The Hilton Hua Hin is one of the few hotels in Hua Hin that really fit my requirements for accommodation. My main preferences to choose a place to stay are centrally located, friendly staff, comfortable room and nice views.
The birds here are very friendly, you can actually feed them by hand.
