Hilton Pattaya Presents Exquisite Seven Course Thai Wine Dinner At Flare

Hilton Pattaya today announced its latest exquisite Thai wine dinner promotion at Flare restaurant. The promotion is held in partnership with Assistant Winemaker Suppached Sasomsin who learnt his trade in the Bordeaux and Montepeyroux wine regions. As part of this promotion, he will host a seven-course dinner while presenting matched award winning Monsoon Valley Wines at its popular wine dinner series.
The wine maker believes in blending traditional skills with state-of-the-art winemaking while utilizing the finest grapes from the foothills of Hua Hin. Each of the seven courses will be accompanied with perfectly chosen Monsoon Valley vines. Highlights include seared Hokkaido sea scallops, roasted duck curry and lychee served in pineapple cases and traditional ripe mango and sticky rice.
Guests can indulge in a fabulous evening of food and wine on Friday, July 5, 2013 from 7 p.m. for only THB 2,300 nett per guest.
