Hokkaido seafood sensation at Yamazato

Yamazato, the signature Japanese restaurant at The Okura Prestige Bangkok, is showcasing some of the world’s finest seafood caught in the waters off the Japanese island of Hokkaido.Yamazato Master Chef Shigeru Hagiwara has created a new menu that embraces the very best catches from Hokkaido. The menu embraces sushi, sashimi, tempura, grilled and rice dishes that will please aficionados of seafood from this region.“There is a widely-held recognition amongst lovers of seafood in Thailand and around the world that the waters off Hokkaido island producing catches of outstanding quality and flavour.We think our dinners will enjoy the many menu choices such as Botan shrimps, Saury fish grilled in salt, Matsukawa flounder and Shishamo with roe,” he says.

Master Chef Shigeru has also added a very special crab hot pot to the menu, served for a minimum of two persons. The Hokkaido seafood season begins Monday 14th October at Yamazato and runs until 30th November.

All prices are subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
