Priced at just THB 1,150++ per person, the extensive menu features a variety of dim sum favourites, prepared in the classic techniques of steaming, baking, stir-fry, and deep-fry. Each dish promises an authentic taste of Cantonese cuisine, enhanced by expertise and culinary passion.

A native of Hong Kong, Chef Yau Sui Wing brings with him over three decades of international culinary experience. A master of both fusion and traditional Cantonese cuisine, Chef Yau is a two-time recipient of Michelin accomplishments from Hong Kong and Shanghai. His profound understanding of flavours and dedication to excellence are reflected in every dish served at Summer Palace.

Steamed delights in the selection include classic Ha Gao prawn dumplings and a sophisticated black truffle dumpling with vegetable and fresh mushrooms. Wok-fried turnip cake, served with Chef Yau’s own XO sauce, and a baked fresh milk and egg white tart, offer a delightful sensation. Crispy deep-fried selections such as king crab meat and avocado spring rolls, and chives, scallop, and shrimp mini pancakes promise crunchy, flavourful bites.

Beyond dim sum, the all-you-can-eat array includes appetisers, soups, main courses, and desserts. The starter assortment features Cantonese mainstays like barbecued pork ribs with honey sauce and jellyfish with chilli and cucumber. Soups include a hot and sour Sichuan soup with shrimp, while for mains, diners can choose chicken fried rice with salted fish and wok-fried egg noodle with roasted duck and XO sauce. Capping off each meal, guests can enjoy desserts like black sesame dumpling with ginger tea and chilled sago with pomelo.

Available daily at Summer Palace for lunch from 11.30 to 14.30 hours and dinner from 18.00 to 22.30 hours, the All-you-can-eat Dim Sum menu is priced at THB 1,150++ per person.
