This refined dish features freshly chilled rice immersed in jasmine-scented water, delivering an aromatic and soothing sensation with every bite. Reminiscent of Thailand’s rich heritage, each serving is accompanied by an assortment of artfully curated condiments, meticulously crafted to balance flavours and textures. Enjoy the richness of the Shrimp Paste Ball, expertly fried to golden perfection, alongside the shredded pork jerky, sweet radish, delicately stuffed shallots, and bell peppers, where every element is designed to tantalize the senses.

Thai Ja Mong Kud, a regal Thai dessert symbolizing prosperity and good fortune, will further elevate the experience while Tub Tim Krob, water chestnuts in coconut milk, will complete this feast as an indulgent finale offering a perfect harmony of sweetness and refreshment.
