What better way to enjoy Kisso’s auspicious anniversary than to experience its signature dishes all at once?

The popular Japanese restaurant, Kisso at THE WESTIN GRANDE SUKHUMVIT, BANGKOK celebrates its anniversary for the entire month of August with a special       8-course set menu packed with signature dishes at the welcoming price of only Baht 2,000++.

Offered for both lunch and dinner, the menu includes an appetizer, soup, sashimi, yaki, nabe, age, rice and dessert.

Start with shirauo karaage, edamame and hiyashi wakame followed by dobin mushi. Chef Yone’s gourmet sashimi selections combine carpaccio salmon, mid tuna belly and hamachi hokkigai. A special delicacy of the season follows: sea bream with butter kinoko sauce with pork or beef shabu shabu salad. Next are mutsu kaminabe and crab tempura uni sauce, ebi tempura, followed by wagyu curry or foie gras chicken oyako gohan rice. The virtuoso composed meal concludes on a high of Umeshu jelly with green tea ice cream and red bean.

Kisso has long been a favorite among Bangkok’s Japanese expatriate community as well as appreciative local diners. Celebrated for its outstanding dishes that keep to Japan’s refined culinary traditions, it adds distinctive twists of seasonal variations and gourmet ingredients imported fresh from Japan.
